We are a family run farm and orchard with a focus on making fresh, healthy food options available to our local community.

We believe that healthy soil is the foundation of our farm, and that we have a responsibility to ensure that it remains productive and fertile; as a result we utilize only sustainable, organic growing practices to provide a wide variety of fresh produce for you to enjoy

We will be offering CSA shares this year, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of seasonal produce each week of the growing season. We're already looking forward to the delicious options that can only be enjoyed fresh during Michigan summers.

Whether it be on site here at the farm or at a local farmers market location, we hope to have the opportunity to meet you and put a face to our family who is striving to offer safe, sustainable food options to our community.

History

Our farm and orchard is located on 10 acres in Metamora, MI and was established following our acquisition of the house and property in 2012. Our initial farm investment was the orchard, which was planted the first spring. It currently consists of a variety of apple, peach, pear, cherry, plum, and apricot trees. While still in the early growth stages we are eagerly looking forward to the “fruitful” harvests it will provide in the upcoming years.

In the fall of 2013 we acquired two 96’x 20’ hoop houses which allowed us to significantly expand our growing seasons and provide even more delicious produce earlier and later in the year.

Early in 2014 we began leasing a mature apple orchard located about 10 miles northwest of our farm. The property contains almost 1,000 trees and 6 different varieties:
