Membership Agreement Terms:

When purchasing a CSA Share, please remember that you are directly connected to the farm. This means that you understand that farming is a seasonal and unpredictable endeavor and that exact selections and quantities will not remain consistent over the growing season. In joining the Decker Farm and Orchard CSA program, I accept the fluctuations and variations inherent in farming and understand there is no guarantee of quantities or contents of weekly shares.
Members are responsible for picking up baskets on time on the designated pick up day. If you are not able to pickup your share, please make other arrangements with the farm. Unclaimed shares will be donated to a local charity after 24 hours
A $100 deposit is required with this contract, and the remaining balance is due in full no later than May 15, 2016.
All payments are non-refundable.
